In the sacred silence of farewell, Alice Marie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Alice Marie's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cable and Helen Cable (Stewart); and her siblings, John, Harry, Elizabeth Villeneuve and Paulette Cable.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer and Mark; and her husband Percy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (6552 Bayers Rd, Halifax, NS B3L2B3). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Catherine's Church (6476 Bayers Rd, Halifax, NS B3L2B1).
