He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan MacDonald and Sally MacDonald (MacInnis); his wife Marg; his siblings, Jim, Kathy and Paulette; and his sister-in-law Sharon.
He is survived by: his children, Danny MacDonald (Stephanie) and Katie Appleton (Ian); his grandchildren, Georgia, Danielle, Kayleigh, Ava and Alex; his siblings, Ann Blom (Al) and Frank MacDonald (Colleen); and his siblings-in-law, Lorraine Black (Wayne), Donnie Peters (Cathy) and Bruce O'Hearn.
