She is survived by: her parent Genevieve Steele; her husband John Chiasson; her children, Debby Proudfoot (Dennis), Brenda Perry (Tim), Chester Basin, Michael Kokocki, David Kokocki (Jeanna McAvoy) and Sackville; her brother George Steele (Lynne) of Ontario; her grandchildren, Ashley, Brandon, Courtney and Chad; and her great grandchild Brayden.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
