With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Claire Schumacher of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 30, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Alice and William Hammond; her husband Ralf Schumacher; her siblings, David Hammond and Dianne Goguen; and her brother-in-law Michael Dwyer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Schumacher (Christine) and Christa Kuciapski (Andre); her grandchildren, Rachel, Lauren Schumacher, Brandon and Sean Kuciapski; her siblings, Kevin Hammond (Dorothy) and Patricia Hammond-Dwyer; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Goguen and Margit Skoracki (Rainer). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
