She was predeceased by: her mother Olive DeChamp (Brown). She is survived by: her father Roger DeChamp; her sisters, Lois Smith (Leslie), Ruth Waters (John) and Grace Campbell (Francis); her siblings' children, Jon (Maria), Jessica, Laura, Jamie (Dian) and Michael; and her close friend Allison Reid.

As Anne had a soft spot for the less fortunate, donations in her memory may be made to Hope Cottage.
