He is survived by: his parent Jeanne Aimee; his daughter Dianne MacIntosh (Steve); and his grandchildren, Gary Barrette, Paul Barrette (Kayla) of Edmonton, AB, David Barrette of Calgary, AB, John Barrette of Calgary, AB, Brandie Brooks (Zeth) and Tyler MacIntosh.

Memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
