He was predeceased by: his parents, William McLoon and Irene McLoon (Garnett); his wife Joyce (Penhorwood); and his siblings, Shirley White, Ronald and William "Sonny".
He is survived by: his son Ronald (Bev); his grandson Curtis (Michelle); his sister Joan Blake-Purcell (Norm); and his close friends, Steve and Colleen Lilly (Halifax). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
