He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ora, Vivian, Percy (Bill), Roderick (Roddy), Clyde and Kenny.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lorraine Williams (Garth); and his close friend John Driscoll. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Bernie went quietly into the night after a long battle with illnesses and trying to get to his beloved wife Joyce Lorraine (Garth) Williams at St. Vincent's Nursing Home, although he was first on the list Covid-19 prevented him and her to reconnect.
