He was predeceased by : his parent Anne Kathleen; and his wife Mary. He is survived by : his parent Harry Levy; his daughters, Bernadette, Claudette (Karen), Maureen, Kimberley and Matthew; his siblings, Mary (Donald) and Harry; and his grandfather Northender.
