Betty Louise Rice Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Louise Rice (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Bernice Rice; her siblings, Donald Rice (Flo), Gordon Rice, Vivian Avery (Anslem) and Barbara Evans (Ralph); her niece Cathy Mabie; her nephew Brian Avery; her great-niece Hillary Welsh; and also Grayson Mackenzie.

She is survived by: her nieces, Paula Rice (Paul), Michele Avery, Lisa Walker (Jeff), Carrie Garand (Richard), Debra, Terry, Patricia, Tammy and Julie; and her nephew Darrell Evans (Christine).
