With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Birdie Viola (Redden) Moores of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 14, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Redden and Winnifred Redden (Meister); her husband Albert Moores; her children, Stephen, Greg and Norma; and her siblings, Rita Bowman, Virginia Bilgen, Gladys Hunt, Mary Schurman, Rose Doyle, Terrence, Earl, Robert, Basil, Clyde, Chesley and Emery.
She is survived by: her daughter Anne Gniewek (Moores); her children-in-law, Grace Moores (Muggah) and Marcus Buck; her siblings, Helen Adie of Comox, BC, Harold Redden (Clara), Cambridge and Hughie Redden; her grandchildren, Michael, Andrew, David Gniewek, Maggie, Richard Moores, Kelly and Shannon Buck; and her great grandchildren, Thomas and Vivian Gniewek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
