It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenton Elmer MacDonald (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy MacDonald and Meta MacDonald; his wife Tena; his siblings, Doris Hughes (Florida) and Reginald (Ottawa); and his daughters-in-law, Jeanne (Sackville) and Judy (Rockingham).
He is survived by: his brother Reg; his uncle Burton MacDonald (B. O.); his significant other Martena; his sons, Arthur (Glenda), Dale, Brian (Judy) and Paul (Linda) of Bridgewater; his sister Beryl Brown (Ottawa); his niece Ada Martell (Halifax); and his sister-in-law Lena Malay (Sheet Harbour). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
