He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Degg and Marjorie Degg; his wife Niesje; and his sister Vicky. He is survived by: his children, Chandra of Truro, Heidi (Gianni) of Sydney and William (Christina) of Lantz; his siblings, George, Gary and Janice of Ontario; and his close friend Peter Goodfellow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
