She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leo Lindsay and Annie Laurie Lindsay (Dort); her husband John William; her children, Donna (Clarke) and Wayne; and her siblings, Tom, Charlie, Jim, Harold, Dot, Jean, Margaret, Bertha and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Townshend (Ernie) of Brockville Ont, John, Gerald (Jessica) of Dartmouth and Tom (Lisa) of Herring Cove; and her siblings, Donnie Lindsay (Cathy), Billy Lindsay (Norma) and Anne (Len Tufts) of Dartmouth. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
