Carl John left this world on June 27, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyillis Carlton and George Carlton; his siblings, Joan, Shirley and Earl; and his in-laws, Gerald and Ruth Boutilier.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Carlton (Boutilier); his children, Kelly (Bernard), Cory (Heatheranne) and Christopher; his grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew), Gillian, Spencer, Matthew, Justin, Kyle, Renee, Ethan and Emily; his great grandchild Harper; and his siblings, Ronnie, Dougie and Jean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ja Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carl's memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
