Carol’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lewis Bezanson and Dorothy Jean Bezanson (MacIntyre); and her husband Donald. She is survived by: her pets, Old English Sheep and Geordie; her children, Rodney Daryl Dunnington (Toronto) and Leslie Alyson Dunnington (Bedford); and her siblings, Terry Bezanson Windsor N. S. (late Carol), Jean Russell Gibsons (late Raymond) and Linda Fisher (Rob). She is also survived by extended family, several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Melville Heights Retirement Residence (24 Ramsgate Ln, Halifax, NS B3P2R6).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Arthritis Society of Canada and the Nova Scotia Lung Association.
