She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Sinclair Sampson and Vera Mae Diggs; her husband Dennis Adams; her stepfather Gordan Carvery Sr.; and her grandparents, Daniel, Rita Sampson, David Diggs and Frances Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Victor, Meteana (Shawn), Paula, Vera Denice (Michael) and Shannon; her grandchildren, Tanisha, Lance, Morgan, Drezden, Broady, Ansala'Wit, Cedar, Tyson Jr., Tyshaun, Brianna, Diandra, Penelope, Nylah, Avonnah and Shandrissa; her siblings, Loretta, Lana, Yolanda, Melita, Marcella, Carlos and Gordon Carvery Jr.; her sister-in-law Helen (April); her aunt Ada Rastig; her son-in-law Morgan Simmonds; her granddaughters, Nadine Loppie, Faith Williams and Carlene Alexander; her siblings, Frances, Leonard, Ernie, Arthur, Linda, Gary, Ronald and Menita; her aunt Mary Crawley; and her son Tyson Cain.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Horizons Baptist Church (5457 Nora Bernard St, Halifax, NS B3K1B1).
