Catherine Turner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Turner (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 24, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine Turner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Burt and Charles Burt; and her brothers, Charles and Murray Burt. She is survived by: her husband Roy Turner; her children, Suzanne Turner, Cathy Walls (Charles) and Andrew Turner (Heather); her grandchildren, Matthew, Hilary, Jaclynn, Jeffrey and Benjamin; her great grandchildren, Madeline and Angus; and her sisters, Ada Pinsent (Clarence) and Nancy MacLeod (Lloyd). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the IWK Foundation or St. Vincent's Nursing Home Foundation (for resident's recreational programming).
