It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecelia Morash (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Souris, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Cheverie and Charlotte Cheverie (Fougere); and her siblings, Danny, Louis, Barbara MacDonald and Esther.

She is survived by: her stepfather Walter Mahar; her husband David; her children, David (Tanya), Glen Haven, Dougie, Cathy (Stephen Hartlen), Sherri (Randy Nicoll) and Theresa (Laura Lee O'Neill); her grandchildren, Crissie, Amy, Nicole, Kayle, Kyle, Kyler, Candice, Steven and Corey; her siblings, Eddie Cheverie (Charlene), Doreen Mallard (Alex Langille) of Fortune, PEI, Eleanor Burke (Basil) of Fortune, PEI, Dottie Burke (Carl) of Fortune, PEI and Barbie Jackson (Kent) of Montague, PEI; and her pet Jax. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
