It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cécile Marie Amirault-Gérin (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Pierre Gérin; her parents, Louis Amirault and Lucie Amirault; her siblings, Leslie, Alphee, Joseph, Charles Theodore, Marie F. C. M. and Marie-Gladys; and her nephew David.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Claude, Michel, Eric, Isabelle, Maxime, Rebecca and Stephane; her great grandchildren, Sophie and Abigail; and her children, Marie-Marthe (George), Pierre (Denise), Jacques, Patricia (Greg) and Paul (Dawn). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grand nieces, great nephews and a great grand nephew.
Cecile enjoyed visits by close friends and family during Covid when permitted.
