It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Allison Eugene Fowler (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allison and Mildred Fowler; his wife Dorothy; his sister Jacquline; and his former wife Ruby Crooks.

He is survived by: his children, Graham (Catherine Perehudoff) and Beverly Charlton (Patrick); his grandchildren, Charles (Zoe Thiery), Stephanie Fowler and Saskatoon; and his nephew Michael Atkins (Kashka Kril).
