She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Myers and Elva Myers (Acorn); and her siblings, Alma Jenkins, Velma Jones, Colin Myers and Wavel Myers.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her son Jason (Theresa); her granddaughters, Mayelle and Amelia; her son Matthew (Agata); her granddaughters, Julia and Elizabeth; and her sister Hazel Pippy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to ovarian or colon cancer research, Queen Elizabeth II Hospital (Halifax), or Birch Cove Baptist Church.
