He was predeceased by: his parents, George Finlay and May Finlay (Dockrill). He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Jones); his daughters, Patricia Finlay (Warren Barkhouse) and Jennifer Finlay (Timothy MacPherson); and his grandchildren, Jacob Barkhouse, Sealey Barkhouse, Aidia MacPherson and Georgia MacPherson.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chester Yacht Club.
