She is survived by: her husband Reginald Scott Saunders; her sons, Zachary Scott Saunders (Christa Louise Korens) and Luke Malachi Saunders (Marlee Diane Powers); her grandson Nathaniel Scott Saunders; and her siblings, Roseanne Williams of Auckland, NZ, Barbara Jones-Gordon (Halifax), Maureen Savoy, Sheila Zeyha, Monica Moriarty (Lunenburg), Jennifer Springstead, Stephanie Carne and Stephen Jones.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church (6903 Mumford Rd, Halifax, NS B3L0A4).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Red Cross or the VON Lunenburg County. Donations are being accepted for: CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER (CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIETE CANADIENNE DU CANCER).
