He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles and Connie Coutts. He is survived by: his girlfriend Courtney; his mother Kerry DeSilva; his sister Lauren (Trent); his father Peter (Heather); his grandparents, George and Sandra DeSilva; his uncle Joe (Leeme); his cousins, Graeme and Sarah; his uncle John (Marg); his cousins, Lynn, Anne and Jenny; his uncle Carlos (Dawn); his cousins, Steve and Cory; his aunt Nikki (Harry); his cousins, Mikaela and Ryan; and his aunt Kathy Coutts (Wayne). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

To respect Connor, we request that instead of flowers, a donation in his name to the Souls Harbour Mission or the North End Community Health Clinic Mosh Unit would be greatly appreciated. He knew and experienced that those are the people in most need and he would be happy to know that is where your thoughts and donations would be placed.
