He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Reader and Druscilla Reader (Skinner). He is survived by: his wife Glenda Reader (McCallum); and his children, Kathryn Kline Halifax (Tom), Janet Reader Halifax, Daniel Reader (Linda) and James Reader (Sandy). He is also survived by sister Shirley Pynn NL, 8 grandchildren, 3 great grand children as well as several nieces and nephews.
