She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Arthur Smith and Madeline "Jenny" Virginia Smith-Poirier; her grandparents, Joseph Shepard and Martha (Walter Wyse); her aunt Viola; and her uncles, Ervin and Leo.

She is survived by: her husband Albert Isnor; her daughter Lisa (Andrew); her grandchildren, Madeline and Logan; her brothers, Danny (Linda) and Bert (Ann Marie); her nieces, Tylene of Halifax and Danielle of Halifax; her aunts and uncles, Martha, Marjorie (Henry), Doris (Percy), Susan, Ozzie and Michael (Pearleane); her goddaughter Nyshelle; and her friend Deacon Layton Johnson. She is also survived by several cousins and family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dale's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
