He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustavus Henneberry and Helena Henneberry (Twohig); and his siblings, Charles of Harold, Ala, Llewellyn "Louis", Cyril, Norman "Normie", Agustus "Gussie", Vera, Nora and Nettie.

He is survived by: his wife Agnes Smith (Henneberry); his children, Nicholas Henneberry (Maureen), Randy, Karen Henneberry (Derrick Arsenault) and Valerie Henneberry (Andrew Allen); his sister Velma "Bunny" Purcell; his granddaughters, Kelly Gray, Nicole Henneberry (JP Furey), Kimberly Henneberry and Danielle Henneberry (Joe Lewis); and his great grandchildren, Emma Furey, Frankie Elliana Lewis, Charleigh Lewis and Jack Nicholas Furey.
