With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Victor Lea MacCrae of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 16, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Dale MacCrae; his grandparents, Dorothy and Leander Davis; and his uncle Judson Ringer. He is survived by: his mother Marie MacCrae; his siblings, George MacCrae (Corene), Michelle Rowat (Chris) and Nicole MacCallum (Earle); his daughters, Amanda MacCrae, Melissa Robertson (Aaron) and Marie MacCrae (Charles); his aunt Martha Holmes (Dale); his uncle Ronald Ringer (Sharon); and his friends, Susan, Rose and Charmaine. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Danny can be made to Nova Scotia Diabetes Association, the CNIB, or Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation.
