He is survived by: his parents, Daniel and Olive (Lerch); his siblings, Sharon of Northwest Cove, Linda Wakeling (Paul), Calgary, Scott of Halifax and Harvey of Florida; his niece Melissa Yue (Andrew Chan); and his friend Skipper.
Organ donation and cremation has taken place.
