It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Patrick Bayers of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Winnifred Bayers and Frederick Bayers; and his siblings, William "Billy" and Debbie. He is survived by: his siblings, Pam, Mary, Donna (Phillip), Darlene (Mike), Patsy and Freddy (Janice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (6552 Bayers Rd, Halifax, NS B3L2B3). A reception will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Special thanks to the Cancer Society and Palliative Care.
