We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2018, David Robert Carter (Halifax, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Borden Carter and Ena Carter (Sharp); his wife Jean (O'Leary); his daughter Colleen Scheuer (Glen); his granddaughter Emma; and his siblings, Ronald (Cheryl) and Elizabeth Fraser (Wayne).

Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Nova Scotia Branch, or the St. Vincent de Paul Society, St. Agnes Parish.
