He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lola Abbott and Tanner; his stepfather George Abbott; his wife Carol (Miller); his sons, Barry Parsons and Gregory Parsons (Kathy); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Parsons and Megan Wakeham (Parsons); his brother-in-law Jim Wentzell; his nieces, Christine Wentzell and Rebecca Reagh (Wentzell); his sister Mildred Conrad (Parsons); his sister-in-law Sue Wentzell (Miller); and his niece Wendy Conrad.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a public reception will not be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Luke's Anglican Church or the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
