He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Duggan and Vera Duggan (Henneberry); his significant other Barbara Piercey; his sons, Jonathan Duggan (Allison) and Jeremy Duggan (Catherine); his grandchildren, Talia Duggan and Adrian Wentzell; and his siblings, Gordie Duggan (Rose), Danny Duggan (Marie), Pauline Bell (Tim), Maitland of Ontario and Donna Duggan (Allan). He was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dennis' name to Hope for wildlife.
