It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Marion Mitchell of Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Beth (Pascal Ertle), France, Jane Halifax (Brent Foxall) and Daphne Thunder Bay (Bill MacGregor); her grandchildren, Diana, Holly Foxall, William, Daphne Nakhid (Naresh Nakhid), Peter, Frances and George MacGregor; her brother Harry Walker (Anne); her brother-in-law Graham Mitchell (Mary); her daughter Chris Mitchell; her parents, Helen Walker (Wright) and Gerald Walker; her friend Diana; and her significant other George Mitchell. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
