He is survived by: his wife Lieann McDermott; his children, Sarah Hornsby, Joshua Hornsby (Chasitie McCarthy) and Maggie; his mother Patricia Hornsby (Sydney Mines); and his brothers, Jeffery Hornsby and Jimmy Hornsby.
