As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Oliver and Helena Oliver (White); and his siblings, Eugenie Brown of Bermuda, David of Montreal and Reverend William P. Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Oliver (MacLellan); his daughter Carolynn (Oliver Fleck); and his sisters, Shirley James of Bermuda and Nancy Oliver of Montreal. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Horizons Baptist Church (5457 Nora Bernard St, Halifax, NS B3K1B1).
