It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Baker (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Boland and Olive Boland (Oxner); her husband Gordon Burgoyne; and her daughter Susan Evans (Robert).
There will be a graveside ceremony at the Fairview Lawn Cemetary in the Spring, once the Corona Virus effects have subsided. And any donations would be appreciated at the Alzheimer's Society or the non-profit of your choice.
