It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Anne Davies (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 6, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Lynch and Christine Lynch (Glaveen); her husband Robert V. (Bob); her daughter Christine Squires; and her siblings, Marguerite Peters (Reg), Aileen Twohig (Bobby), Marilyn Monk (Eddy), Joe Lynch and Jimmy Lynch.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Cynthia), Matthew (Jill), Donna (Anne) and Paula (George); her son-in-law Steve Squires (Sue); her grandchildren, Kelly Murphy (Kevin), Leah Davies (Shane Hogan), Sarah Davies, Griffin and Dillon Gibson; her sister Marie Hubley (Frank); and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Lynch and Norma Lynch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
