He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Theda (Forward); and his brothers, Peter and Laurie Tom. He is survived by: his wife Janice (Sherrard); his daughter Katherine (Chuck); his grandson Jack; and his brother John (Angela). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several very close cousins.
