He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Power and Jean Power (Baker); his children, David and Coleen Steele; his brothers, Francis and Kenneth; and his son-in-law Barrie Cleveland.
He is survived by: his wife Florence (Hill); his children, Gordon (Mona-Lee) and Linda Cleveland; his sister Helen Lapierre; his son-in-law Bill Steele; and his sister-in-law Viola Power. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
