He is survived by: his children, David, Daniel, Andrew and Mary MacDonald; and his grandchildren, Cathy, David, Holly, Melissa, Heather, Jeff, Angela, Jennifer, Debbie, Lisa and Francesca. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
