It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Thomas Tobin (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas N. Tobin and Madeline Tobin. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Marie; his children, Thomas (Wendy) of Ottawa, Jennifer Mary of Halifax and William (Eric) of Los Angeles; his granddaughters, Megan and Lauren of Ottawa; and his cousin Dorothy MacDonald of Halifax.
