He is survived by: his parent Arthur Shute; his children, Marylynn Shute, Amanda Shute, Earl "Jimmy" and James "Jimmy"; his grandchildren, Isabella, Shyann, Devlin, Tyler and Dashaun; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty", Marie, Arthur Jr and John.
