She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Miller (Delaney) and Eddie Miller; and her sister June (Leonard). She is survived by: her significant others, Benji and Angel.
Edna and family extend great gratitude to the O"Hara family, especially Phil, Melanie and Chris, who offered their precious resources and special talents at our time of greatest need, Liam for provision of his incomparably scrumptious shortbreads, which were enjoyed during visits with family and friends, Dr. Trager (family doctor of 40 years), Dr. Gord Gubitz for his compassionate and non-judgmental support, Monica Flynn (RN), Erica (NP) and fine folks & friends at Northwood. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 11 at 2-5 pm in Cruikshanks Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor Street, Halifax, where service will also take place on Monday, March 12 at 2 pm followed by reception. An active animal rights advocate (the love of creatures great and small instilled in daughters, Diane and Karen) in lieu of flowers memorial donations to your favorite animal rescue organization.
