He is survived by: his spouse Joan (Clarke); his children, Edward, Michael and Joanne; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Severine, Isaac, Jeremy, Allison, Jill and Scott. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
