She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tapper and Lily Tapper; her husband Welton; and her siblings, Marie, Shirley, Lorraine, Gloria Jean and Arnold.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Mitz, Charles and Bob. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
