He is survived by: his parents, Wendy Katz and Larry Katz; his girlfriend Lisa Dearman; his stepmother Ruthie Tamara Levine; his stepbrother Julian Young (Sharon); his niece Maddie Young (Stephen Cowie); and his nephew Austin Fraser (Jessy). He is also survived by children; and uncles, aunts and cousins on both sides of his family.
