He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Mae Izzard (Horne); his brother Horatio Izzard; his mother-in-law Kathleen Slade; and his grandparents, Mamie, Burton Izzard and Charles Horne.
He is survived by: his father Ralph Izzard; his girlfriend Heather Slade; his son Daniel "Danny"; his siblings, Marina (Lawrence) and Ralph (Martha); his father-in-law William "Bill" Slade; and his friend Ray Dawe. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
