It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Farid Youssef Francis (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Youssef Francis and Sadie Francis of Lebanon; and his brother Nadeem Francis. He is survived by: his wife Chris (Adams); his children, Mimi Murray (Todd) and Chico Francis (Amanda); his grandchildren, Marcus, Mariah, Freddie and Stefanie; and his siblings, George Francis (Josephine), Georgette Ghosn (late Fouad), Nadia Ghosn (late Boulos) and Theresa Francis (late Arthur). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and his great nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid Restrictions, the funeral mass will be a private ceremony.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the IWK Hospital or Our Lady of Lebanon Church.
